- Invivo Healthcare (‘The Human Microbiome Company’) is looking for an experienced Healthcare Clinician to join our Clinical Education & Support Team.

- The successful candidate will have a background in health-related science, along with experience of clinical practice. Account management/technical sales experience is also desirable.
- The role will focus on providing our healthcare practitioners with laboratory test interpretation and supplement recommendations, to ensure customer satisfaction and internal targets are met.
- The role is home-based, with regular travel to Stroud HQ and the Bristol lab expected for training and meetings.
Experience and Skills Required
- Degree (or equivalent) in nutrition or health-related science
- Experience of clinical practice
- Account management and sales experience
- Proficient using Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems
- Resilient and adaptable to fast-paced work environment
- Proactive approach to learning. Passion for learning outside of the role requirements
- Must be multi-task oriented, courteous and organised
- Must possess outstanding communication skills
- Must be comfortable working with a variety of physicians and healthcare providers
- Flexibility for occasional changes in working days or ad-hoc evening/weekend work to support meetings/events.
- Presentation skills and comfortable with public speaking and presenting scientific information
- Prior experience in a similar role within the functional testing or food supplement industry is desirable but not essential
The Role:
You will be expected to provide fast-paced technical support to practitioners in accordance with the support call schedule, where the expectation is to enhance practitioner understanding of test interpretation and supplemental protocols, whilst promoting testing and nutraceutical sales, within a limited time frame.
Meeting clinicians / clinical groups online or face to face and attending industry events to represent Invivo will be required from time to time.
The role will involve delivering clinical education on the Invivo testing and supplement ranges, along with other microbiome and health-related topics as needed.
- Supporting healthcare practitioners in a technical capacity
- A high proportion of working time will be spent on support calls and providing support via various email and social media platforms, in accordance with the support schedule
- Represent the brand, its values, products and services in a sales capacity
- Meet with healthcare practitioners to support their clinical needs and build strong customer relationships and loyalty
- Delivering online and in person clinical education, training and support
- Management of tasks via multiple IT platforms
- Good recording keeping in CRM system
- Timely reporting to Manager
- Understanding of the healthcare market and the varying needs of practitioners (e.g. experienced practitioners versus newly qualified)
- Identifying new account or market opportunities to hand over to sales team
- Development of skills to provide technical presentations – webinars, podcast, lectures etc.
- Meet and exceed targets and performance goals set out both at a personal level and as a team
