GERMAN SPEAKING SELF EMPLOYED NUTRITIONAL THERAPIST

Position: Self-employed Nutritional Therapist

Reporting to: Gemma Callaghan

Overall purpose of the role:

YorkTest have grown into Germany and are looking for German speaking Nutritional Therapists to support our customer consultations.

YorkTest provides customer consultations from 8am to 8pm.

To provide a comprehensive consultation to YorkTest customers, giving them the knowledge to execute the elimination diet effectively, for the customer to be as successful as possible, for the customer to improve their symptoms, and provide great customer feedback.

To support the customer journey by ensuring that all requirements of the Nutritional Therapist consultation are discussed within each 30 min consultation and keeping within the remit of the test results.

To provide support for the YorkTest Direct to Consumer Team, working closely to ensure that nutritional queries are answered.

Core Tasks

• To complete Nutritional Consultations via telephone, demonstrating great Customer Service skills such as clear communication, empathy, rapport, and professionalism.
• Work closely with the Customer Service Team to ensure customers are provided with the very best customer service and nutritional support.
• Conducting Nutritional Consultations with customers providing individual tailored advice for each customer within the remit of the YorkTest test results.
• Provide the Customer Service Team with relevant feedback to ensure that every customer is happy and ensure YorkTest provides the highest level of Customer Service.
• Be an expert within the YorkTest supplements and recommend these to customers if there is a requirement.
• Attend meetings with the Chief Commercial Officer for a quarterly meeting to discuss best practice.
• Sharing nutritional expertise with the YorkTest Customer Service team and helping provide answers to Frequently Asked Questions.
