Overview
We’re looking for an ambitious, confident and knowledgeable Nutritionist to join our team and help our customers improve their health. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for promoting healthy eating habits and providing tailored nutritional advice to individuals and groups. As a Nutritionist, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals through evidence-based dietary recommendations and support.
Your advice will be performed through customer 1-2-1’s and through social media creating engaging content that helps our audience understand how good food and good health can transform their wellbeing and confidence with their body.
We exist to provide our customers with affordable & accessible health tests, wellness products and nutritional support and we want great people to help us achieve our mission.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments by phone or video-call for clients, considering their individual health needs and lifestyle factors following completion of a health test
- Develop personalised meal plans and suggest health programmes that align with clients’ goals, preferences, and dietary restrictions using our app based meal planner system
- Contribute to creating new health programmes to educate our customers with the focus to improve their health and awareness
- Provide post-sale support and motivation to clients, monitoring their progress and making necessary adjustments to their plans
- Educate customers on the principles of nutrition, healthy eating habits, and the importance of balanced diets
- Provide support and training to our in-house customer care team so they can provide the right information and support to deliver the very best customer experience
- Stay current with the latest research in nutrition and dietary guidelines to ensure accurate information is provided
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care for clients when necessary
- Conduct workshops or seminars on nutrition-related topics to promote community awareness and education
- Create social content; blogs, videos, podcasts to support our content team produce educational and informative content for our customers
Experience
- A degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field is essential
- Previous experience working as a Nutritionist or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong understanding of nutritional science and dietary guidelines
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible manner
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Proficiency in using nutrition analysis software is advantageous but not required

Job Hours
This is a new role for the business so we are open to discussing the best hours and days to be working and may consider more than one role or a mixture of full-time and part-time Nutritionist team members. The priority for the business is to offer consultation times that put the customer first so please don’t think this has to be a rigid 9-5 Monday-Friday.
Pay
From £25,000 per annum
