Your Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact for human health technical enquiries via phone and email from both internal and external staff, customers and consumers;
- Provide commentary for press requests on a variety of health related topics, to short deadlines;
- Provide technical input for new product development, including idea generation, formulations and safety assessments, as well as packaging artwork reviews where necessary;
- Work in conjunction with the Marketing and Commercial departments to develop marketing materials, social media and other communications;
- Devise and deliver educational toolkits for internal departments and external stakeholders where required;
- Provide support at trade, consumer and HCP conferences and events, to promote the brand and document interaction outcomes and insights;
- Review raw ingredient specifications to assess safety and cross-contamination risk;
- Complete and review safety dossiers, with support from regulatory and medical departments; an deal with reported potential adverse reactions (PAR) in accordance with the PAR protocol.
Your Profile
- BSc/MSc or level 6 diploma in Human Nutrition, Nutritional Science, Nutritional Therapy or similar.
- Experience working in a similar role is an advantage but not essential.
- Have excellent communication skills, adapted to suit audience.
- Confident in presenting technical information.
- You have good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent scientific research and writing skills
- Ideally BANT, AFN, ANP or NNA accredited.
