NUTRABLE – CORPORATE B2B SALES EXECUTIVE

Nutrable (www.nutrable.com) is the UK’s leading nutrition support platform for employee wellness.   The Nutrable service includes nutrition consultations, nutrition talks, health checks and a directory of resources that includes articles, podcasts and a supplement directory.  Corporate B2B Sales Executive

Nutrable is seeking a corporate sales executive to assist in growing strategic partnerships with small and medium sized businesses that have an interest in employee wellness.   The candidate will be responsible for growing the business development network and have ultimate responsibility for its strategy and execution.  The candidate will open doors and create close relationships with businesses across multiple different industries. The individual will then close the deals following a consultative sales process, selling in a nutrition support software solution (SAAS). The executive will be part of a small entrepreneurial team based in London. Candidates need to be entrepreneurial and have energy, passion and a willingness to learn and “do whatever it takes.” This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious startup early on, in an industry growing 20% annually.

 Responsibilities

Working at a start-up means your job description changes daily.  For those who like a broad range of responsibilities and have an insatiable appetite to learn, this could be an ideal role.  The key responsibilities include the following:

Targeting & CRM

  • Industry research into SME companies in UK with employee wellness programs
  • Identifying potential targets
  • Managing and building the company’s CRM database

Strategy

  • Defining sales strategy and customer terms
  • Optimizing sales packages and pricing

Sales

  • Creating collateral and business development presentations
  • Contacting potential partners (calls and in-person meetings)
  • Negotiating client agreements with SMEs

Partner Operations

  • Contract management
  • Client revenue management, reconciliation, and accounting oversight
  • Business modeling and projections

Requirements & Skills

Nutrable weighs passion and commitment over experience.   We are looking for bright self-starters who are ambitious about their career and have a hunger to be active participants and grow a business.  The requirements include:

  • University degree
  • 5+ years experience in B2B sales
  • Experience selling employee wellness solutions a plus
  • CRM tool experience (salesforce, pipedrive, Monday CRM)
  • Strong analytical skills (good with numbers and data tools)
  • Strong writing and verbal skills
  • Business Software (Word, Excel, PPT)

Role Type

A contractor agreement will require 3 days of work per week.  The executive will be responsible for managing their own schedule.

Compensation

Compensation will be composed of a base monthly salary plus sales commission.
