Are you a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner with a passion for genitourinary health?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing virtual clinic and deepen your expertise in urinary and vaginal microbiome health. If you’re looking to specialise in this field, gain hands-on experience with functional testing, and work within a supportive and collaborative environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

About Us

We are a growing online clinic dedicated to supporting individuals struggling with urinary health issues. Through our signature Heal Your Bladder Programme, we help clients identify what’s really at the heart of their painful bladder using microbiome screening, personalised nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle strategies.

As our client base expands rapidly, we’re looking for a passionate Freelance Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NT) to join our team on a flexible basis. This role is freelance, with weekly hours varying depending on demand. You’ll work closely with our Founder, our wider team, and directly with clients.

If you’re excited to work closely with clients, providing high-quality support and contributing to their healing journey, rather than starting your own business, we’d love to hear from you.

This Position is NOT for you if:

  • You already have a full client load and limited availability.
  • You don’t enjoy working one-on-one with complex client cases.
  • You struggle with organisation and attention to detail.
  • You’re not comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
  • You aren’t tech-savvy or open to using online platforms.
  • You already have a thriving clinic of your own.

You MUST:

  • Have a keen interest in and/or knowledge of genitourinary health, urinary tract issues, and vaginal health.
  • Be willing to train in the Heal Your Bladder methodology.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills, showing compassion and patience with clients who have often struggled for years without support.
  • Demonstrate warmth in all client interactions, including responding to client DMs and sharing protocols in a timely manner.
  • Be highly dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating within a team.
  • Be flexible and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be willing to follow systems and processes to ensure client journey success and smooth business operations.
  • Be comfortable with functional testing, and open to developing your skills in this area.
  • Be a strategic thinker, able to see both the fine details and the bigger picture of a client’s case.
  • Be passionate about the power of nutrition for urinary health and deliver the best possible care to those who seek our support.

What you’ll Love about this Role:

  • Mentorship & Support: Work closely with a highly experienced Nutritional Therapy Practitioner.
  • Work from Anywhere: As long as you have a laptop, a private space, reliable internet, and you are available within GMT/BST-friendly time zones.
  • Collaborative Team Environment: Work alongside a supportive and like-minded group of professionals.
  • Specialist Training: Deepen your knowledge in genitourinary health, microbiome analysis, and functional testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct one-to-one virtual consultations following the Heal Your Bladder Programme methodology (training provided).
  • Deliver online group workshops and webinars to educate and empower our community.
  • Conduct Clarity Calls with leads to help assess if the programme is the right for them.
  • Create and deliver tailored nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement protocols for clients.
  • Support clients struggling with UTIs, interstitial cystitis, bladder pain syndromes, and vaginal microbiome imbalances.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and labs to ensure optimal client care.
  • Attend team meetings.

Essential Requirements:

  • Registered with BANT, NTOI, or equivalent governing body.
  • Hold worldwide insurance for Nutritional Therapy practice.
  • Degree, graduate diploma, or equivalent qualification in Nutritional Therapy.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ clinical experience in a private practice or clinic setting.
  • Experience using functional testing (e.g. urinary and vaginal microbiome screening, comprehensive stool testing) is highly advantageous.
  • Understanding of perimenopause and menopause and how they influence genitourinary health.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and professional approach.
  • Ability to self-manage, prioritise, and take initiative.
  • Comfortable working with complex cases, including interstitial cystitis, chronic and recurring UTIs, vaginal health imbalances, and chronic bladder pain syndromes.
  • Comfortable working online in both 1-1 and group settings.

Desirable (but not essential) Experience:

  • Completed, or currently enrolled in ‘Vagiversity’, the genitorurinary educational programme by Dr. Moira Bradfield.
  • Intimate Ecologist accreditation.
  • Additional qualifications in health coaching, NLP, hypnotherapy, mindfulness, mind-body therapies, herbal medicine, or disordered eating.
  • Writing blog articles and creating content for social media.
  • Delivering online webinars.
  • Supporting members in an online community.
  • Using Practice Better clinic management software.

What We Offer:

  • Flexible working arrangements.
  • A supportive, collaborative team: Work with professionals who genuinely care.
  • Ongoing mentorship and training: Get hands-on experience interpreting microbiome reports and navigating complex client cases with confidence.
  • Opportunities for growth and professional development.
